\nUniversity of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Center for Agricultura l Profitability will present a land management workshop in Burwell and O Neill to address financial resiliency for agricultural operations to sust ain risk while remaining profitable.\n“Building Farm and Ranch Resilienc y in the Age of Financial Uncertainty”\n*Date: January 18th\, 2022- Time: 9am- Noon. At Burwell Senior Cit izens Center\, 411 Grand Ave. Register at 308-346-4200\, for Burwell.\n*O Neill\, 1:00pm – 4:00 pm at the Holt County Extension Office-28 N 6th Street Suite #100. Register at 402-336-2760 for O’Neill.\nTh e workshop will cover cash rental rates\, land values\, leasing strategies \, landlord-tenant communication\, farm and ranch succession planning and an overview of farm programs for landowners.  It will be presented by Neb raska Extension Educators\, who will help operators and landowners to unde rstand financial trends to minimize shocks\, develop strategies to facilit ate transition\, mitigate legal risks and utilize effective management pra ctices to reduce uncertainty.\nThe meeting is free to attend and expected to last approximately three hours.\nRegistration is required\, by January 17th.
