Prepare meals following standards, regulations, directions and procedures. General kitchen related duties for the day. Be knowledgeable in the operation of appliances and safety procedures. Follow sanitation regulations set forth by the Department of Health. Assist in the clean-up after meals. Maintain a sanitary workplace and be knowledgeable of daily routines. Keep food storage areas clean. Follow a weekly cleaning chart. Position will be 12-15 hours/week. Hours are 7am-1pm. Days are most likely flexible.
