Would you like to make a difference in the lives of neglected and abused children in the court system? CASA of NorthCentral Nebraska is looking for a passionate and energetic person to help expand this needed program in the Holt County area.

About CASA of NorthCentral Nebraska:
CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates) of NorthCentral Nebraska is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating for abused and neglected children in the court system. Our volunteers ensure that children have a voice in the process and find safe, permanent homes. We are looking for an Executive Director to lead our organization and advance our mission.

Job Summary:
The Executive Director will oversee all aspects of CASA, including leadership, fundraising, volunteer management, and community outreach. This role requires someone with strong management skills who is passionate about child advocacy. Operates under the general direction of, and reports to the CASA of NorthCentral Nebraska Board of Directors. You will work closely with the Board of Directors, volunteers, and community partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the organization in achieving its mission and goals.
• Develop and manage the organization’s budget and financial practices.
• Create and implement fundraising strategies, including grant writing and donor development.
• Build relationships with community partners, donors, and local agencies.
• Recruit, train, and support CASA volunteers.
• Oversee CASA programs to ensure quality and compliance

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in nonprofit leadership.
• Strong skills in fundraising, financial management, and community engagement.
• Excellent communication and public speaking abilities.
• Passion for helping children in need.
