Director manages and provides leadership to the programs, faculty, and staff at the O’Neill Extended Campus in collaboration with the educational services and student services staff. The Director will manage extended campus operations and educational activities at the location by developing programming to meet identified training needs, recruiting and recommending qualified credit instructors, hiring non-credit faculty, developing marketing strategies and materials, providing student support services, maintaining operating budgets and inventory, preparing and submitting payroll documents, supervising regional staff, functioning as an integrated partner of the Early College and Workforce Development teams, and ensuring students’ needs are met. The Director represents the location in relationships with administrative officers, with other departments, and with the community. The Director promotes cooperation within and between the College divisions in support of the College mission, supports College initiatives, and encourages staff to be supportive of institutional priorities, programs, and offerings.
