Store Manager

The O’Neill Ministerial Association is seeking a store manager for their ministry of the Samaritan’s Closet. The store, located in downtown O’Neill, is a thrift store, providing high quality used items at discount prices. The position is considered a part-time position. Retail experience is preferred but is not required.

Duties and Responsibilities include

• Greeting customers and providing assistance to create a pleasant shopping experience.
• Receive, manage and prepare donations received.
• Scheduling and providing leadership and direction for volunteers.
• Promote effective communication with volunteers and the ministerial association.
• Conduct store meetings to discuss the goals of the store and how they can be achieved.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising of donations.
• Provide full accounting of daily receipts, banking transactions and filing of all necessary documents.

Store hours are currently

• Monday & Wednesday’s: 9am – 5pm
• Thursdays: 1 – 8pm
• 2^nd & 4^th Saturdays: 10am – 2pm
