The Grading construction and Maintenance Foreman for Holt County is responsible for training and supervising the employees and processes of gravel and hard-surfaced road construction and maintenance. It is important that the person in this position be knowledgeable about many different methods, materials, and practices used in the construction and maintenance of roads and other highway construction as well as snow plowing techniques, while being able to lead effectively and efficiently.
