This is a PRN or part-time position.
Position Summary: This position is responsible for receiving functions of the department. These include receiving, unpacking, storing supplies; managing the appropriate paperwork; and processing returns. Distribute supplies to other locations and departments. Assist in maintaining appropriate levels of inventory and adjusting as needed. Should be organized with the ability to note differences in supply levels and supplies. Must be able to type, enter data, and operate 10-key and printer.
Education/Experience Requirements: High school graduate or its equivalent preferred.

Duties include but are not limited to:
Assists in identifying supplies needed in the storeroom and complete vendor order forms as necessary.
Is aware of par levels, daily usage, and the current census to identify quantities to be ordered.
Unpack supplies, match product received to packing slip, and store items in designated areas.
Match receiving paperwork to the packing slip.
Research discrepancies between product received and product ordered.
Track backorders.
Restock patient supplies to designated locations.
Fill requests for office and administrative supplies as needed.
Handle requests for supplies from other entities.
Monitor dated supplies to minimize losses due to expired supplies.
Investigate and adjust inventory counts as needed.
Assist in annual physical count.
Work with Department Team Leader and other staff on special projects as directed.
Assist staff in locating supplies.
Practices organization and department mission, vision, and value statements.
