Job Summary
The LPN is accountable for direct patient care and of monitoring the care provided by other ancillary personnel.
Provides exceptional care and service to patients, residents, guests and fellow employees at all times.
Performs all duties and responsibilities in such a way as to demonstrate and support the hospital’s Catholic heritage and Avera co-sponsorship values of hospitality, compassion and stewardship.
Provides care/service in accordance with regulatory and accrediting agencies standards and Catholic Ethical and Religious Directives.
Licensure/Certification/Registration
Current Nebraska or South Dakota LPN License or “multi-state privileges”.
BLS Certification within 60 days of hire.
Work Schedule
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm, occasional Saturday; 80 hours every 2 weeks
Pay
The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
$20.50 – $29.00 per hour
