Executive Director Assisted Living
The Executive Director oversees and manages the community staff, taking on tasks such as hiring, training, evaluation, and scheduling. The Executive Director also oversees the organization’s finances and budget and helps to manage billing and reimbursement. The Executive Director also ensures the community complies with local, state and federal regulations. If you are an RN those responsibilities would include managing the health and wellness of the residents.
Education & Experience Requirements
RN license, preferred.
Assisted Living Certification in the State of Nebraska required, or the ability to obtain certification within 6 months from date of hire.
Proven leadership and demonstration of driving revenues and managing costs is required.
