Customer Service Representative– Tri County Bank has 1 position available for a Customer Service Representative to add to our team.  The position is at our main branch in Stuart, Nebraska.  This position is a part of the bank’s Retail Banking Department and is full-time with benefits.  You will have the responsibility for a broad range of activities in the branch.  The position focuses on transaction processing and answering questions concerning accounts, online and mobile banking, and answering and directing phone calls.  The position requires knowledge and support of the Bank’s day-to-day operations and providing high quality customer service by meeting the needs of customers in an efficient and friendly manner. This position requires excellent communication and computer skills, critical thinking and problem solving. The position is designed for a well-organized, self-motivated, efficient team player that can prioritize daily tasks.

 

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Banking experience preferred but not necessary
  • Associate degree preferred but not necessary
