Program Director / Executive Director

Community Access to Coordinated Healthcare, Inc. (CATCH) is a non-profit organization dedicated to improving health outcomes through health education, training, outreach and referral services including case management and access to care. The CATCH service area covers the jurisdiction of six rural health districts (LHDs) and a Community Action Agency (CAA) covering 30 rural counties in eastern Nebraska.

CATCH is looking for (1) an Executive Director to permanently run the day-to-day business of a non-profit organization, and (2) for the next three years, a grant Program Director to work with the grant Project Director and other Team Members to coordinate activities of a Federal rural health network development grant. This is a combined contracted position with flexible hours that pays $50,000 for each of the remaining three years of the grant. At the end of the grant period (June 30, 2027) the Executive Director position will be renegotiated. A home office is required.

Qualifications:
-MPH and/or MSN preferred or previous experience in a leadership position at a public health organization or a healthcare facility.
-Will consider business management degree or experience with strong organization, communication and leadership skills.
-A home office is required with working knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, etc.) and common accounting software (QuickBooks preferred).

Responsibilities:
-Administrative, fiscal, and business operations of CATCH.
-Coordinate CATCH Board meetings (usually every-other month)
-Research funding opportunities and work with Board as necessary.
-Work closely with the grant Project Director to facilitate grant goals.
-Responsible for creating or helping to create reports required by the grantor.
-Assist the Project Director in coordinating the grant Team meetings and activities to: oversee the project’s work plan, strategic plan, evaluation plan, and other requirements of the grant.
-Manage resources and oversee finances to ensure that the project progresses on time and on budget.
-Participate in grant meetings and E-Learning opportunities.
– Travel to at least one out-of-state grant meeting. Travel is often required throughout the eastern part of Nebraska.
