We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries, and promoting company products or services.

Responsibilities:

– Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
– Provide accurate information about products and services
– Run daily and weekly reports
– Perform data entry tasks to update customer records
– Utilize phone etiquette to ensure quality service during all customer interactions
– Upsell products or services to increase revenue
– Conduct outbound calling campaigns to follow up with customers

Requirements:
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong sales and customer service skills
– Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
– Team player with ability to learn
