Insurance Agent – TCB Insurance has a position available for an Insurance Agent.  The position is in our office located in Stuart, Nebraska.  This is a full-time position with benefits.  We are an established, growth-oriented insurance agency with a team of highly motivated individuals and are looking for our next great insurance sales representative.  We are seeking an energetic professional with integrity, strong networking skills who is well organized, disciplined and interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and excellent customer service. The top candidate will be able to prioritize tasks and be a goal-oriented, self-motivated team player.

RESPONSIBILITIES, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Work with local businesses and homeowners, to develop relationships and fulfill customer requests by understanding and evaluating their needs for property/casualty, crop/hail, and/or life and health coverage.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Advise clients regarding risk management decisions and objectives.
• Possess outstanding relationship building and networking skills.
• Oversee individual client’s insurance portfolio.
• Seek training, education and gain knowledge and expertise from and with current team members.
• Licenses in property/casualty, crop/hail and Life and health preferred but not necessary
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office products
• Ability to interact effectively with customers, management, and co-workers
• Associate or bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field preferred
• Insurance experience and licensing preferred but not necessary
