The Tri-County Bank has an opening available for an Ag and Business Banker in our planned Ainsworth, NE location, serving Brown, Keya Paha and Rock counties.
Job Summary: This position will focus on developing new Ag and Business banking relationships as well as managing existing TCB customers. We provide advice and financial expertise, while ensuring loan quality, deposit growth, and fee income generation. Other responsibilities may be necessary as a team member of a new and growing branch location.
Job Relationships: Reports to Ag and Business Banking Manager, Jim Brennan and works closely with other Ag & Business Bankers and all other bank employees.
Job Duties:
- Assist customers with Ag and Business applications.
- Prepare financial credit packages and loan grading analysis for existing and new customers.
- Evaluate new credit requests, perform underwriting analysis, and risk monitoring for individuals and entities.
- Participate in Ag & Business committee meetings
- Complete customer site visits (inspections) with follow-up documentation (both new and existing customers).
- Review and monitor loan payments and account transactions and subsequent documentation for lending customers (Risk Management)
- Assist customers with payment information, payoffs, balances, credit advances, and general lending transactions.
- Participate in community and area activities through event support and other volunteer
organizations. - Efficient and professional utilization of bank related technologies.
- Other duties as directed by management.
Technology and Job-Education Skills:
- Efficient and professional utilization of Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- Accounting and math skills and keyboarding skills
- Interpersonal communication skills
- Lending Experience Preferred
