Please read these terms and conditions (“Terms”) of use carefully before registering for a Holt County Economic Development (“HCED”) Job Posting Account (“Account”) at www.growholt.com. By registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept all of these Terms, then you may not register for an HCED Account. In these Terms, “we”, “us”, “our” or “HCED” refers to Holt County Economic Development, and “you” or “your” refers to you as the user of an HCED Account.
HCED reserves the right to modify or change these Terms, for any reason, at any time, by posting a new version at www.growholt.com; these changes do not affect rights and obligations that arose prior to such changes. Your continued use of an Account following the posting of modified Terms will be subject to the Terms in effect at the time of your use. Please review these Terms periodically for changes. If you object to any provision of these Terms or any subsequent modifications to these Terms or become dissatisfied with the Account or www.growholt.com in any way, your only recourse is to immediately terminate use.
HCED encourages Holt County employers to post their job opportunities at www.growholt.com. Posting job opportunities at www.growholt.com is important to our continued success bringing people to Holt County, Nebraska. Posting job opportunities to www.growholt.com is always FREE to Holt County employers. Employers located outside of Holt County are welcome to post job opportunities for a fee. Contact HCED at (402) 336-1504 for access to an Account.
After you create an Account at www.growholt.com and are approved by an administrator, you will be able to post your open job opportunities. We ask you to help us maintain an accurate and timely job opportunities page by following the guidelines listed below:
**Keep in mind these job seekers may not have notified their current employer they are seeking a new employment opportunity.**
- Be confidential when contacting job seekers.
- DO NOT CONTACT their current employer without their prior permission.
- Please include all contact information for the open position and keep your job opportunity listings up-to-date.
- Please mark as filled or remove job opportunities that have been filled. This helps us keep accurate records/numbers for reporting purposes.
- We reserve the right to remove any job posting from the site if it contains inaccurate or inappropriate information.
- We will purge old information from time to time as deemed necessary.
- Neither you nor your agents may charge a fee to provide a job seeker with access to a job referral; individual customers have been asked to report any violations of this policy.
- You are expected to provide Equal Employment Opportunity to applicants.
