Kaup’s Financial Advisors, Inc. in Stuart, NE is looking to hire a full-time professional and service-oriented assistant. We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated individual to join our team. This person will work in a team-oriented environment while assisting and resolving our client requests. This position requires a high level of client interaction in providing exceptional service. Prior knowledge in accounting, bookkeeping, taxes, and/or investments preferred, but NOT required. We are willing to train in any areas needed.
Responsibilities:
· Providing support with client inquiries on investment accounts
· Preparing reports, graphs, and spreadsheets
· Processing paperwork for new accounts, account transfers, account changes, etc.
· Entering client information into financial software
· Working with several software programs daily
· Helping with client appreciation events and educational seminars
· Drafting correspondence to clients including summaries and follow-up letters
· Maintaining and utilizing client relationship management software
· Tax return preparation and assistance
Qualifications:
· Excellent attitude and extraordinary client service skills
· Strong and effective verbal and written communication skills
· Organization skills
· Interest in working with the financial service industry including taxes and investments
· Excellent computer skills and experience
· Great attention to detail with good follow-through
· Able to multitask
· High levels of accuracy

Our office is open Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm and Fridays 8:30am-1:00pm. During tax season(January-April 15th) we are open Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
