Central Nebraska Community Action Partnership is looking for an individual to work as a Case Manager in O’Neill. Starting pay will be $13.25 per hour with Health, Dental, Life, and Vision insurance, EAP, paid holidays, an exceptional PTO plan, FSA and retirement available with a flexible four day work week.
Qualified individuals must have: experience/education working with people (preference case management); initiative in setting and attaining goals; computer skills; knowledge of available resources; excellent communication skills; a non-judgmental approach and be motivated to help people in need.
This individual will: work helping people to secure permanent housing; budget money; set goals; overcome crisis situations and find the right resources.
