Seeking qualified director for a new child development center in O’Neill, NE.
Applicants should possess either a bachelors or associates degree in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development, CDA certification or extensive experience serving children ages birth – 5 years old and a passion for young children. Responsibilities include but are not limited to planning and supervising curriculum implementation, scheduling and supervising staff, training and paperwork completion as required by DHHS and/or NDE, ensuring a safe environment for children and staff, and working cooperatively with an advisory board to ensure high quality care for all children.
