AKRS Equipment, a leading John Deere Dealership, has an opening for a Shop Foreman at our O’Neill location.
We are currently looking for a Lead Shop Foreman to assists in coordinating and directing the workload of the Service Department for maximum efficiency and productivity, while providing high quality repair work.

Shop Foreman Responsibilities:
Assign jobs and work areas to Service Department employees according to skills and knowledge
Appraise repair orders coming into the Service Department
Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness
Direct and assist technicians in the diagnosis and repair of equipment and assist in their development
Shop Foreman Requirements:
5+ years’ experience as a Service Technician
Familiar with John Deere and competitive products
Ability to lead and develop others
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required
