SUMMARY
As an employee in Petroleum/Station Operations at Central Valley Ag you will be responsible for servicing customers’ vehicles, maintenance including, but not limited to tires, lubrication, and other service requests with positive and professional service and support.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identifies potential maintenance needs for clients.
2. Provides courteous and timely service requests or explains available services
3. Offers advice on the purchase or sale of tire and lubricant products.
4. Records transactions accurately and keeps clients informed regarding
transactions.
5. Confers with customers to address questions, problems or request for
service/equipment.
8. Schedules customer requests, specifications or needs
9. Other duties as assigned.
