Little Disciples Childcare Center
Little Disciples Childcare Center is seeking full-time and part-time assistant teachers. The assistant teacher works cooperatively with the head teacher to plan and implement the daily educational program of the children. Under the supervision of the head teacher, the assistant teacher will ensure that the educational program is developmentally appropriate and meets the needs of the children.
Requirements:
A bachelor’s degree or associate degree in early childhood education, education, or child/youth development, Child Development Associate Credentials, or a high school diploma with 1500 verifiable clock hours of childcare experience.
Ability to pass a background check.
Experience in childcare preferred.
Stamina to care for children.
Strong communication skills, teaching, and interpersonal skills.
Attentiveness to the needs of children and their development.
