Job Summary:
Responsible for client billing and collections process. This includes verification of the
charges for each client bill and follow up on all client accounts. Accept payments for the
client accounts.
Responsible for the skilled nursing facility consolidated billing with nursing homes.
Verification of ER registrations done the prior day. Verifies the insurance coverage is
correct, follows up on accident information and adds appropriate codes. Sends patient
reports to outlying clinics.
Assist patients who call or come in with questions about their accounts.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associates degree preferred with one-two years experience.
