The O’Neill Rotary Club and the Holt County Animal Shelter are sponsoring Chills ‘n Thrills 2019 with a Haunted Trail, Kids Carnival, and free will donation chili and cinnamon roll meal. The Haunted Trail will be open on October 19th, October 25th, and October 26th beginning at dusk. The carnival and free will donation meal will take place on Saturday, October 26th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.
