This is a temporary, 10-week Internship.
May – August, 2021
SUMMARY: This position is located in O’Neill, NE. The Nurse Intern will receive education and training in a Critical Access Hospital environment.
The Intern will learn how to assess, diagnosis, plan, implement and evaluate the patients needs.
The Intern will learn to communicate with physicians, patients and co-workers.
The Intern will be able to implement the knowledge learned in their nursing program in a day to day routine.
EDUCATION:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Currently enrolled and completed all but the final one or two semesters of an Accredited Registered Nurse program.
OVERVIEW:
Two students will be hired for the Medical Unit.
