Help us give more dogs the second chance they deserve!
The Holt County Animal Shelter is seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Fundraising Coordinator to help lead our fundraising efforts. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the community and in the lives of dogs who are waiting for their forever homes.
In this role, you’ll help build community support, connect with potential donors and partners, organize fundraising events and campaigns, and share the shelter’s mission with others. Your efforts will directly help provide the food, medical care, shelter, and love our dogs need while they wait for their forever families.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, coming up with creative fundraising ideas, and helping bring our community together to support our shelter.
Requirements:
Time commitment is about 5-10 hours a week, and the ability to attend quarterly board meetings.
Fundraising experience is welcome but not required—what matters most is a caring heart and a willingness to help.
Social Media experience preferred or the willingness/ability to learn is important.
