The purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to the extended campus director. This is accomplished by providing customer service through telephone calls, e-mails and individuals coming into the extended campus; preparing course scheduling and change forms, advertising, and instructor materials; registration, proctoring, tracking enrollment, scheduling advisement appointments. Other duties include file maintenance; inventory and supply tracking; classroom scheduling; summarizing instructor evaluations; preparing instructor EPAFs, non-credit instructor timesheets and expense vouchers; preparing various reports and compiling data; and other duties as assigned.
