O’Neill Public Schools, a Class C1 district in north central Nebraska, is searching for a strong leader to serve as their junior-senior high school principal. Applicants should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong background in technology integration, classroom instruction and the ability to analyze and utilize data to affect continuous school improvement. Partnering with students, parents, and staff to realize the vision of the district, “Dream, Believe, Achieve . . . Empowering Today’s Students to be Tomorrow’s Leaders”, is of the utmost importance. O’Neill Junior-Senior High School has a culturally diverse student population of approximately 340 students and approximately 40 staff members.
Salary is dependent upon experience and education. Benefits include retirement, full family health and single dental insurance, professional, sick and personal leave. The start date for this position will be August 1, 2021.
