Rasaren Corporation d/b/a H&R Block

The Customer Service Professional will handle the needs of a busy tax/bookkeeping office by greeting clients as they walk in the door or call on the telephone. Client interactions will include scheduling appointments and taking payments – in person or the telephone, responding to client requests, and possibly taking on other responsibilities as time permits.

There will be some filing duties.

The minimum requirements are a high school diploma, an interest in business/customer service and willing/able to independently handle the responsibilities described above (after training) and have well developed human interaction skills. The ability to pass a background check is necessary.
