TCB Insurance has 2 positions available for an Insurance Agent. The positions are in our office located in Stuart, Nebraska and O’Neill, Nebraska. Both are full-time positions with benefits. We are an established, growth-oriented insurance agency with a team of highly motivated individuals and are looking for our next great insurance sales representatives. We are seeking energetic professional people interested in helping our business grow through value-based conversations and excellent customer service. We are seeking individuals with integrity who possess strong networking skills, are passionate, well organized, and disciplined. Candidates must be able to prioritize tasks, be goal-oriented, and self-motivated team players.
RESPONSIBILITIES, SKILLS, AND QUALIFICATIONS
•Work with local businesses and homeowners, to develop relationships and fulfill customer requests by understanding and evaluating their needs for property/casualty, crop/hail, and/or life and health coverage.
•Provide exceptional customer service.
•Advise clients regarding risk management decisions and objectives.
•Possess outstanding relationship building and networking skills.
•Oversee individual client’s insurance portfolio.
•Seek training, education and gain knowledge and expertise from and with current team members.
•Licenses in property/casualty, crop/hail and Life and health preferred but not necessary
•Strong written and verbal communication skills
•Computer skills with emphasis on Microsoft Office products
•Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers.
•Associate or bachelor’s Degree in a business-related field preferred
•Insurance experience and licensing preferred but not necessary.
